This isn't a tired 1M-mile T660. Full Cummins OEM overhaul (top + bottom) only ~150K mi ago means the engine effectively has a fresh start. DPF deleted with new turbo kit. Both diffs done 50K mi ago. Super singles at 90% tread, steer tires basically new. Bonus: a complete 10-speed transmission included with the sale — keep as spare or swap in. The Cummins ISX-15 is the most widely-serviced Class 8 engine in the US — parts everywhere, mechanics know it cold.

Honest condition disclosure

What you'll see when you show up.

Most listings hide the rough parts. We're showing them. The buyers who call already know what they're looking at — which is exactly the buyers you want.

Fontaine fleet — known condition

  • Heavily used. All four trailers ran working freight for 8–10 years. They are not retail-ready show trailers.
  • 1807 needs the most work — tires showing wear, deck weathered, surface rust on frame, has been parked the longest.
  • 1809, 1810, 1811 are in better condition than 1807 — better tread on tires, less weathered decks. Still heavily used.
  • Plan to budget $3k–$5k per unit for tires + deck spot repairs + DOT inspection if you're putting them straight back to work.
  • Frames are sound — no visible damage, no welds, no kingpin issues. Walking around them you'd say they look their age and have been worked.

Dorsey fleet — known condition

  • Externally clean. Aluminum still bright, lights intact, frame straight. From a distance these look great.
  • Tire tread is mid-life — gauge readings 8–14/32" (new is 32, scrap is 2). Serviceable, not fresh.
  • Aluminum deck panels show forklift puncture damage — multiple holes visible. Each panel can be patched (~$300–$500/panel).
  • Unit 1816 has a welded crossmember repair (shown in gallery) — disclosed up front, certified inspection welcome. Units 1817 and 1818 do NOT have frame repairs.
  • Plan to budget $1,500–$3,000 per unit for deck patches if you want them retail-ready. As-is for grain, lumber, or non-critical loads they're road-ready now.
Who you're buying from

One owner. One yard. No middlemen.

This is a private fleet liquidation — every unit is owned outright, titled clean and in-hand, and sold directly. No broker commission, no auction premium, no dealer markup.

The seller is based internationally and works with trusted US-based partners on the ground in Florida to facilitate inspections, pickups, and title transfer. Every unit is at one consolidated yard in Cape Coral / Fort Myers — bring a flatbed and a checklist and clear them out in one trip.

We'd rather sell honest than spend three more months explaining away the photos. The condition is what it is. Show up with a number that reflects reality and we'll shake on it.
— Frederick Dunn, owner

Frequently asked

Straight answers.

Are the prices negotiable?
Singles listed OBO are negotiable within reason. Bundles are firm — the discount is the negotiation. We don't bundle-discount and then negotiate again.
Will you finance? Will you take a trade?
No financing — cash, cashier's check, or wire transfer only. Trades considered case-by-case if you have something we'd actually use; don't expect us to take a trade-in over cash.
Will you ship?
No. All units are local pickup from Cape Coral / Fort Myers, FL. We can connect you with regional haulers at your cost.
Can I inspect with my mechanic?
Yes. Schedule an inspection day, bring whoever you want. We welcome it — the better you understand what you're buying, the cleaner the close.
Will you hold a unit with a deposit?
20% non-refundable deposit holds a unit for 7 days. Full payment and pickup within those 7 days or the deposit is forfeited and the unit relists.
Why is the owner selling?
Consolidating assets across multiple business interests. The fleet is outside the current operating footprint and time to send it to someone who'll work it.
What about the unsold financed units?
Two additional units (a 2010 Kenworth and a 2022 Fontaine) are already under contract and not part of this listing.
